Terms & Conditions
  1. 1. The competition will run from June 1st to September 30th, 2009.
  2. 2. Entrants must purchase an IRWIN product within the above period to be eligible to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per IRWIN product purchased.
  3. 3. All entries must be accompanied by a purchase receipt validating your IRWIN purchase from a participating retailer.
  4. 4. Completed entries must be returned to "IRWIN Need For Speed Competition", by October 9, 2009, at the following address:Australia: PO Box 5102 Hallam Vic 3803.New Zealand: PO Box 100644, NSMC, Auckland.
  5. 5. Employees and families of IRWIN Industrial Tools and participating retailers are not eligible to enter.
  6. 6. The competition will be drawn at 12pm, October 26th, 2009 at IRWIN Industrial Tools, 2 National Drive Dandenong South, Vic. 3175.
  7. 7. Combined value of all prizes (outlined below) is $41,462.67 All values quoted are in Australian dollars. 1st Prize (1 only) 1 x NEW SBR customised FG Falcon XR6 SSB Utility 4.0L 6 Speed Manual and all on-road costs. Value - $36,462.67 2nd Prize (2 of) choice of $2,500 (IRWIN List Price value) worth of IRWIN Products. Value $2,500 each. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
  8. 8. Winners will be notified by post within 1 week of the draw. 1st, and 2nd prize results will be published in the public notices section of The Australian on November 9th.
  9. 9. In the event of any unclaimed prizes a redraw will be held at 12pm, 26 January 2010 at IRWIN Industrial Tools. Winners will be published in The Australian 29th January 2010.
